Jennika is an experienced freelance photographer working in and around London. She is currently based at Studio 49 in Stratford E15, where most of the images shown here were shot.

Jennika has 4 years studio experience and has worked in both the corporate environment, as well as with a teams on makeovers. Shoots can also be carried out in your family home if there are individuals who cannot travel to the studio.

RETOUCHING:

Most of the images seen here have minimal retouching, although some are completely retouching-free.  Retouching is gentle and is not intended to change the shape of your face or body - only to minimise stray hairs, dark circles and patchy skin.  The aim is that you should look as much like the real you as possible!

STUDIO TUITION:

If you would like to learn the art of painting with light, I can let you in on a few of my secrets.  You will need your own DSLR (Canon or Nikon, with fully charged batteries) and memory card.  You are also welcome to bring your own model to practice on.  One-on-one studio lighting sessions last for 2 hours and cover areas such as: 
- settings on your DSLR
- use of studio equipment
- lighting setups
- types of light
- posing and composition
